Place Hold for On-Shelf Resources

You can now place holds via the Library Catalogue for on-shelf resources and collect from Library GO!. You will be notified via email when the items are ready for collection.

Temporary Increase In Renewal Limit

The renewal limit has been doubled temporarily to 6 times for all resources. You may continue to renew up to the limit if there are no reservations.

You can check the due date and number of times renewed in My Account on Library Catalogue.

External Membership & Access FAQ

  • I am active library members, can I bring my family members along?

Only library members are permitted to use the Library. 

  • If I am member of the public/inactive external member, am I eligible to visit the library?

You will need to be an active member of NP Library to gain access to the Campus. If you wish to be a member of the Library, please sign up as our external member.

  • What can I do if I want to loan library titles but unable to visit NP Library during opening hours?

We offer you a one-stop Request & Pick Up Service. It provides you with the convenience of getting the titles that you need after the Library’s opening hours.  You may place hold on the available titles via your library account. We will get the titles for you and place them at Library Go! (located at Atrium). You will be informed via email when they are ready for collection. 

  • Where do I return book/pick up reserved items when Library is closed?

You can return/pick up reserved items via Library GO! @Atrium (Blk 1).

  • Hand sanitizers readily available throughout the library

  • Regular cleaning of high-touch points

  • Equipping our Counter with transparent acrylic shields to prevent transmission of droplets

   You can play a part by:

  • Staying at home if you are unwell

  • Not consuming food and drinks 

  • Practicing good hygiene
